The driver IC of the 96×64 COG display character module is ST7567A IC, which supports 4-wire SPI serial interface
The module uses a unique implementation of two parallel LEDs in its backlight system, driven by 3V and 30mA. The module has an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C.
