The 64×32 character LCD module is equipped with ST7567 driver IC and supports 4-wire SPI interface, which is a widely used interface.
32 columns * 64 lines dot matrix monochrome picture or display 16 * 16 dot matrix Chinese characters 4 * 2 lines, or display 8 * 16 dot matrix English, numbers, symbols 8 * 2 lines. Or display 12*4 lines of English, numbers and symbols in 5*8 dot matrix.
The 64×32 character liquid crystal module adopts LED backlight, the working voltage of the backlight is 3V, and the working current is set to 20mA. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C. Storage temperature is -30°C to 80°C.
