3.97-inch tft display drawings and interfaces
The 3.97-inch TFT display has a resolution of 320×480, using TN display mode, the best viewing angle is at 6 o’clock, and has a fast response time. The driver IC is ST7796, which supports SPI interface.
The backlight unit of the display adopts 8 LED lamps connected in parallel, the driving voltage is 3V, the driving current is 120mA, and the brightness of the display screen reaches 100cd/m².
