3.95-inch IPS tft display with 320×320 resolution, 3-wire/4-wire SPI interface, also supports 8-bit / 16-bit MCU interface, square display. The backlit unit uses 8 led beads. The four beads are connected in series and then connected in parallel. The operating voltage is 12.2V, the current is 40mA, the brightness is 450cd/㎡, and the ZIF connector is used.
