Customize the length, width and thickness of FPC or cable, adjust the pin arrangement according to the interface type, and select the appropriate connector. Make your display or circuit board simple and safe with an excellent FPC solution.
A touch screen can be added according to your requirements, there are three options: resistive touch screen, capacitive touch screen, infrared touch screen. Or add protective glass as needed
Display screens with different optical parameters can be designed according to needs, such as brightness, color gamut, response time, gamma and other parameters, and anti-glare, anti-fingerprint coatings, etc. can also be added
The circuit board we designed can convert the interface of your display into an HDMI interface. If your product does not have any display control capabilities, you can use our serial display and only need to use simple commands to control the displayed content through RS232/458
0.71-inch OLED Display drawings and interfaces
0.71-inch monochrome OLED display with a resolution of 48×64 pixels can render content in white. Powered by a reliable SSD1306 driver IC, the display supports IIC interface and can be easily driven by various platforms such as ARDUINO, ARM and Raspberry Pi.
The active area of our OLED display is 10.54mmx14.7mm. The display takes advantage of the inherent self-emissive properties of OLED technology, eliminating the need for an additional backlight, resulting in increased power efficiency. In addition, the OLED panel has excellent viewing angles, providing excellent visibility from all angles.
We implemented a solderable flexible printed circuit (FPC) design for the display, eliminating the need for connectors. This not only simplifies the integration process, but also ensures a more robust and reliable connection. By soldering the FPC directly to the PCB, assembly becomes more convenient and efficient.
The outline drawing is as follows:
Interfaces are defined as follows:
Pin | Symbol | Detail |
1 | C2P | Data transmission line |
2 | C2N | Data transmission line |
3 | C1P | Data transmission line |
4 | C1N | Data transmission line |
5 | VBAT | Power Supply for DC/DC Converter Circuit |
6 | VBREF | NC |
7 | VSS | This is a ground pin. It acts as a reference for the logic pins. It must be connected to external ground |
8 | VDD | This is a voltage supply pin. It must be connected to external source |
9 | RES | This pin is reset signal input. When the pin is low, initialization of the chip is executed. Keep this pin pull high during normal operation. |
10 | SCL | IIC Bus Clock Signal |
11 | SDA | I2C Bus Data Signal |
12 | IREF | Current Reference for Brightness Adjustment |
13 | VCOMH | |
14 | VCC | This is the most positive voltage supply pin of the chip. A stabilization capacitor should be connected between this pin and VSS when the converter is used. It must be connected to external source when the converter is not used. |
